Therefore, zero shipping charges, handling fees, or customs duties are applicable to any transaction on StreamChai.

4.Fulfillment Issues & Support Assistance
In rare instances of internet latency, OBS disconnection, or gateway webhook delays:
If your payment has debited but your alert was not delivered on the live stream within 60 seconds, please contact our support desk immediately at support@streamchai.com with your UPI reference number (UTR). Our automated queue will re-trigger the alert or initiate an immediate full refund per our Refund Policy.
