My UPI amount was deducted but the alert didn't play?
Occasionally, bank network congestion can delay confirmation webhooks. If your alert is not rendered within 60 seconds, our automated system marks it for review or initiates a full reversal back to your UPI account within 5 to 7 business days. You can also email us at support@streamchai.com with your UTR.
What is the platform fee?
StreamChai charges a transparent flat fee of 5% on tips received. The streamer keeps 95% of their gross earnings, paid out directly to their verified bank account or UPI VPA.
How do I integrate StreamChai into OBS or Streamlabs?
Log into your StreamChai dashboard, navigate to the Overlay Studio or Donation Goal Studio, copy your private browser source URL, and paste it as a 1920×1080 Browser Source in OBS.
How do refunds work?
In cases of technical failures or duplicate charges, email us within 72 hours with your UPI reference number. Once verified, refunds are credited back to your original source bank account within 5 to 7 business days via Cashfree.
